Our Story
Thompson & Hayes Law Firm was founded in 2012 when Michael Thompson and Sarah Hayes recognized a need in Union County for high-quality, accessible legal representation that puts clients first.
Michael, a former Essex County prosecutor, brought his trial experience and criminal law expertise. Sarah, having spent years as a legal aid attorney, contributed her deep commitment to helping families navigate complex legal challenges with compassion and skill.
